A MESSAGE TO THE LORD’S ORCHARD – FRUIT BEARING SEEDS

All trees bear seeds…but which bear fruit?

The Holy Spirit is WITHIN YOU.  IN YOU.  Ponder it.  Know that greater is HE who is in YOU than he who is in the world.

All who are of this spirit are of the Lord. It is this binding Holy Spirit that we shall know one another by. Works follow…as a sign of fruit on a tree that ripens in time.

Beautiful fruit plucked from the tree, once plucked begins to wither…slowly at first as the signs we cannot see. Then all of a sudden rapidly, only to be tossed aside. Decayed and decomposed, leaving behind  a seed. A seed that can be planted and grow again into a marvelous tree, in each season bearing much fruit.

Nectarines of the gods | KCRW

But, alone many trees cannot bear fruit. They need another fruit bearing tree to cross pollinate and then both trees can yield much fruit.  Yet there are some that are self fruitful, such as among some of the apricot trees. The  flowers from the apricot tree pollinate one another. Yet, even so, an apricot tree is more productive when it is cross-pollinated.   We as a people of God…are the same as such trees. To bear much fruit we must be among other fruit trees. It does not matter if it is an apple tree and a pear tree. Or a cherry tree and a lemon tree. Fruit bearing is all that matters.

So which fruit bearing tree can say to the other, I am greater for my apples are red like the blood shed on Calvary for all the orchards fruit?  Or my fruit is greater for it is yellow like the sun that gives life to all living.  Or mine is greater for it is green as an emerald that shines as a gem on the high priests breast plate.  Who is greater than another and who dare say that any among the fruit should boast as to which is most important in the orchard of the master who planted all the different trees?  For he saw fruit in each and at the harvest, shall he not pick the ripe from all of them?

Orchard Partners, Inc. Business Appraisals

Does the master not water and care for each? Why then do the fruit argue among themselves who is or is not the greater?  Does he not prune and cut back the branches that have withered for the goodness of the tree?  Does he not pick the ripe and toss aside the rotten?  The master of the orchard is the judge of the fruit and the one who bears the pruning hook.

The Natural Healing Power Of Oak Trees And Acorns - Off The Grid News
Oaks have been used for ceremony, food, medicine and building for as long as humans have been around. In many traditions, the oak is revered as a sacred tree. The Natural Healing Power Of Oak Trees And Acorns – Off The Grid News

The master knows that a mighty oak paired with an apple tree, produces no apples, but the oak will bear seed and fruit to serve another purpose. Dominance does not make a tree bear fruit. It takes other trees of the same character and likeness.  The master found it good to plant an oak for shade and shield of the orchard, its fruit, the small acorn feeds other creation and goes to seed to make another mighty oak and bear other fruit.

The master found it good to plant many types of trees for his other purposes, the same as he found it good to plant all fruit bearing trees.  As God has not made all men identical, but the nature of man is what God has said – in such, we are all the same. Our works are how we shall be known to be fruit bearing, purposeful, or barren. For in all things with seed there are fruit bearing purposes, for healing and nourishment to our bodies.

Times of the Islands – Potent Plants

All the denominations in Christ our Lord are as fruit bearing trees. He looks upon all and is the Master of all. He, and He alone does the pruning and the harvest of all the orchards planted.

TimingWhen a fruit tree can’t pollinate itself, you need to partner it with another, different variety that blooms at the same time.
SpacingApple – The pollinator partner for semi-dwarf trees should be planted no more than 50 feet (15 meters) away. If you have a dwarf tree, then plant the two varieties less than 20 feet (6 meters) apart.Blueberry – Plant a different variety tree no more than six feet (2 meters) apart.Cherry, Sweet – Plant a different variety tree no more than 20 feet (6 meters) apart.Pear – Plant a different variety tree no more than 100 feet (30 meters) apart.Plum – Plant a different variety tree no more than 100 feet (30 meters) apart.
MaturityApple – Produces fruit two to five years after planting.Blueberry – Produces fruit two to three years after planting.Cherry, Sweet – Produces fruit four to seven years after planting.Cherry, Sour – Produces fruit three to five years after planting.Pear – Produces fruit four to six years after planting.Plum – Produces fruit three to six years after planting.

We are all in God’s orchard. Let us not boast of our differences as though we were better than the other fruit of the different trees in God’s orchard, let us know that the Master of the Orchard will judge all fruit at the time of his harvest. When we boast, let us boast of the MASTER OF THE ORCHARD AND HIS SON THE HARVESTER IN DUE SEASON!

And in all seasons God always leaves a seed, even as an apricot tree to restart his vineyard. Who among the masses have seen or been such as the apricot trees, or other self fruitful seed that has lent its fullness to all trees to bear much greater fruit?

I love all the various fruit… for I see God in each… the One who watered, who brought sunshine, who pruned and prospered it. I see fruit’s potential for nourishment. I hardly notice its bumps or bruises. Fruit in my eyes is beautiful for it has been created in the image of my Maker, God the Father, Jesus the Son, and the Holy Spirit. Amen!! (PS. To Dianne… Simply dee-lish-ous message). ;+)

    1. Debjbalk – Amen. You words are truely spoken as you have proven never to see a bump or a bruise on the fruit…and you guard the orchard when the Master is away to not let others take a stick to fruit that is not yet ripened. Smile.

By their fruit shall you know them.

Have you seen the reports that blemished fruits are sweeter and more nutritious.

Although they have been attacked, stressed, and been through tough times they end up better.

Just do a duck duck go search for blemished fruit is more nutritious.

  3. Loved your analogy. Some fruit are self fruiting while others need two different varieties for cross pollination. The one thing that is most important to the great orchard is pollination. It comes by the spirit of the honey bee, thru which all fruit bearing trees become productive. Open up the Petals of your Corolla to the spirit of the honey bee. The maker of the orchard desires fruit. LOLGB+

    Galations 3:1-29

1 O foolish Galatians, who hath bewitched you, that ye should not obey the truth, before whose eyes Jesus Christ hath been evidently set forth, crucified among you?

2 This only would I learn of you, Received ye the Spirit by the works of the law, or by the hearing of faith?

3 Are ye so foolish? having begun in the Spirit, are ye now made perfect by the flesh?

4 Have ye suffered so many things in vain? if it be yet in vain.

5 He therefore that ministereth to you the Spirit, and worketh miracles among you, doeth he it by the works of the law, or by the hearing of faith?

6 Even as Abraham believed God, and it was accounted to him for righteousness.

7 Know ye therefore that they which are of faith, the same are the children of Abraham.

8 And the scripture, foreseeing that God would justify the heathen through faith, preached before the gospel unto Abraham, saying, In thee shall all nations be blessed.

9 So then they which be of faith are blessed with faithful Abraham.

10 For as many as are of the works of the law are under the curse: for it is written, Cursed is every one that continueth not in all things which are written in the book of the law to do them.

11 But that no man is justified by the law in the sight of God, it is evident: for, The just shall live by faith.

12 And the law is not of faith: but, The man that doeth them shall live in them.

13 Christ hath redeemed us from the curse of the law, being made a curse for us: for it is written, Cursed is every one that hangeth on a tree:

14 That the blessing of Abraham might come on the Gentiles through Jesus Christ; that we might receive the promise of the Spirit through faith.

15 Brethren, I speak after the manner of men; Though it be but a man’s covenant, yet if it be confirmed, no man disannulleth, or addeth thereto.

16 Now to Abraham and his seed were the promises made. He saith not, And to seeds, as of many; but as of one, And to thy seed, which is Christ.

17 And this I say, that the covenant, that was confirmed before of God in Christ, the law, which was four hundred and thirty years after, cannot disannul, that it should make the promise of none effect.

18 For if the inheritance be of the law, it is no more of promise: but God gave it to Abraham by promise.

19 Wherefore then serveth the law? It was added because of transgressions, till the seed should come to whom the promise was made; and it was ordained by angels in the hand of a mediator.

20 Now a mediator is not a mediator of one, but God is one.

21 Is the law then against the promises of God? God forbid: for if there had been a law given which could have given life, verily righteousness should have been by the law.

22 But the scripture hath concluded all under sin, that the promise by faith of Jesus Christ might be given to them that believe.

23 But before faith came, we were kept under the law, shut up unto the faith which should afterwards be revealed.

24 Wherefore the law was our schoolmaster to bring us unto Christ, that we might be justified by faith.

25 But after that faith is come, we are no longer under a schoolmaster.

26 For ye are all the children of God by faith in Christ Jesus.

27 For as many of you as have been baptized into Christ have put on Christ.

28 There is neither Jew nor Greek, there is neither bond nor free, there is neither male nor female: for ye are all one in Christ Jesus.

29 And if ye be Christ’s, then are ye Abraham’s seed, and heirs according to the promise.

We planter close to 30 varieties of apples and peaches pears plumbs
Just to name a few types of fruit
I was week in a few areas of knowledge- maybe all areas
One was that for apple trees they have to be harrded that means to have so many days
of freezing weather to produce a fruit this varies with variety

    What are GAAMPs?
The Michigan Right to Farm Act, P.A. 93, was enacted in 1981 to provide farmers with nuisance protection. This state law authorizes the Michigan Commission of Agriculture and Rural Development to develop and adopt Generally Accepted Agricultural and Management Practices (GAAMPs) for farms and farm operations in Michigan. These farm management practices are scientifically based and updated annually to utilize current technology promoting sound environmental stewardship on Michigan farms.

    Wuz just thinkin’ …..

    Genesis 1 :11,12
“And God said, Let the earth bring forth grass, the herb yielding seed, and the fruit tree yielding fruit after his kind, whose seed is in itself, upon the earth: and it was so.
And the earth brought forth grass, and herb yielding seed after his kind, and the tree yielding fruit, whose seed was in itself, after his kind: and God saw that it was good.”

Only two types of plants in the world. The grass herb (the word “and” is not in text) and the tree.
The grass herb produces seeds and scatters them (yielding = scattering). The tree produces fruit. The seed is in the fruit.
What would that make an oak tree?

    Genesis 1:29
“And God said, Behold, I have given you every herb bearing seed, which is upon the face of all the earth, and every tree, in the which is the fruit of a tree yielding seed; to you it shall be for meat.”
-to you IT (singular-the fruit) was for man to eat.-

    Genesis 1:30
And to every beast of the earth, and to every fowl of the air, and to every thing that creepeth upon the earth, wherein there is life, I have given every green herb for meat: and it was so.
-The grass herb was for the animals.-
-man didn’t eat grass herb till after the fall … and sirloin till after the flood-
    Genesis 3:18
“Thorns also and thistles shall it bring forth to thee; and thou shalt eat the herb of the field;”

    Genesis 2:19
“And out of the ground the LORD God formed every beast of the field, and every fowl of the air; and brought them unto Adam to see what he would call them: and whatsoever Adam called every living creature, that was the name thereof.”
-The beast were in the field, not the garden. The word garden means “fenced in”. The grass herbs were in the field. The word field means “open unenclosed field.” See Gen 3:18 above. also
    Genesis 2:5
“And every plant of the field before it was in the earth, and every herb of the field before it grew: for the LORD God had not caused it to rain upon the earth, and there was not a man to till the ground.”

    Was just thinking …..

    God bless

This is for Dianne and the article she wrote about the Big Drug Industry not being our friend. (They have not been our friend for several decades now.)

Those who keep up with the latest on living healthy will already know that low fat diets with no restrictions on refined carbs and sugar are deadly. More natural fats in the diet are much more healthful than manufactured solid plant fats.

So i couldn’t notice this 1962 “low cholesterol and low-fat diet fad” warning that ran on an episode of The Adventures of Ozzie and Harriet. Go to about 12 minutes into the episode to see it.

At the time that this diet fad was taking over the Health Industry no one questioned how the sharp increase in refined flour and sugar consumption might have been a key part if not the major part in the rise of Heart disease. Now it is known that increased sugar consumption and glucose levels in the blood thicken the blood.leading to higher blood pressure, strokes, heart attacks, and even turn bones in the human body a caramel tan.

Who paid for the “research” and promotion of the low cholesterol Lifestyle? Follow the money.

I am an orchard of lemons and some would agree with this. The lemon is sour but it is one of the healthiest things for you and you can take a lemon and squeeze it on organic salsa from a jar and it will bring the enzymes out in that salsa. Squeeze a lemon into water and it will help you lose weight.

That’s fascinating, Copper. My sister lives in Maui and has lemon and avocado trees in her yard. I bet she uses that trick you described. It sounds delicious. My understanding is that lemon (cucumber too) is a diuretic, so added to a glass of water, it helps us lose the excess water in our systems. She dries a lot of her fruit too. Bananas, papaya, figs, etc. Yummy!! Enjoy your summer harvest.. Happy healthy eating!!

I can bear witness to the power of the seed because we have a lot of oak trees on our property and no matter how hard we try to rake them up there are always hundreds of baby oaks all over. I always thought the acorn was the seed, but actually the acorn is the fruit and the seed is inside the acorn. That makes me think how God always goes for what seems to be the most impossible way of doing anything – meaning that the seed is so small yet so capable of greater things. We also have over 50 red maples and out of all of them, although not all close to the house, I discovered one is a lady tree and has poly noses (or spinners) and all around her at the bottom are lovely little red maple babies. Jesus was the seed God the Father planted in the earth and we are the fruit of His Life, death, burial and resurrection – we are the fruit of His love. But, the seed can only produce after it’s own kind and what is so wonderful for us is that the fruit Jesus produces is all like Himself. No matter what’s on the outside, we all bear Jesus on the inside, and have been produced in His likeness. We may not all bear fruit in great quantities, but we are all CAPABLE of amazing things. God calls us “trees of righteousness” – His Righteousness because we are like Him! And in the coming harvest, we are to be like that lady red maple – producing baby Christians all around us, on whom we allow the seed of Christ to fall. Blessings!
