CRUZ POISON PEN AMENDMENTS VERSUS TRUMP’S MAKE AMERICA GREAT AGAIN!

Republican presidential candidate Senator Ted Cruz (R-TX) addresses a legislative luncheon held as part of the "Road to Majority" conference in Washington

Cruz is a master at adding ‘DECEPTIVE’ legislation at the end of bills that could have other wise passed and benefited the nation. Do you really believe these are his ideas, or the ideas of his constituents? Or do you think they just might be ideas that his donors wanted Cruz to implement to either ax or stall legislation? For whatever reason, Cruz always stands up and boasts that he tried to do something awesomely helpful for Americans but others defied his actions. Either that or he tells us he tried to do the right thing, but – the Washington Cartel hated him, thereby stopping his wonderful amendments. (He actually told on himself in news interview after news interview, explaining his poison pen amendment for legalizing illegal immigrants.) You know, his amendment for legalizing immigrants that he was for, yet, not for?? That amendment axed a piece of legislation….bla…bla…bla. Rubio is still arguing Cruz’s stance differently. Cruz seems to do things that leave a back door for double talking and wear honesty down to a nub.

Another example of the Cruz pen in action was in July of 2014. Cruz attached an amendment to a bill that went against the bill intended to benefit sportsmen that would have expanded hunting, fishing and shooting opportunities on public lands. His attached amendment would have allowed America’s public lands to be seized by the states and/or be sold off for drilling, mining, or logging.

Mind you that sportsmen do not support efforts to seize or sell off federal lands. Backcountry Hunters and Anglers (BHA), who have voiced support for the sportsmen’s bill on its own, have condemned land seizure efforts as “a radical cry to wrest our national forests and prairies away from public ownership.”

When it came before the floor, the Senate voted 82-12 to advance the Sportsmen’s Act, but a dispute over Cruz’s amendment stalled the bill. It was said in the news that Cruz’s amendment was the latest in a radical effort by right-wing lawmakers to give control of America’s public lands to states or private industry.

So much for Cruz’s empty shell jargon of, “I’m your guy for the constitution and conservatism”. His amendment was in strong support of extremely costly and unconstitutional proposals to seize and sell off America’s public lands, which are also far from mainstream views of Americans in the West. But very much in line with establishment elite back door deals to sell off oil, mineral and mining rights of public lands. Something the establishment elite are hungry for.

At the time, in a press release, Steve Kandell, Director of Trout Unlimited’s Sportsmen’s Conservation Project, stated that “public lands shape the American identity, support local economies and perpetuate our sporting heritage. They should not be sold.”

It is beginning to give the appearance that all the pressure and bullying of ranchers and land grabbing is part of an effort to encourage a public outcry for legislation to support the return of all land back to the states, where as, even I was beginning to see as a viable answer to the bully actions of the BLM and Obama.  But, now that I am learning how this game is being played, I have decided not to jump on that band wagon and instead look at the board closely to see what other chess moves to expect.

I discovered that Trump recently cautioned that he is against the transfer of public land back to the states and had compelling reasons why. Reasons that definitely countered and exposed any ideas the Cruz legislation had to offer.

“I don’t like the idea because I want to keep the lands great, and you don’t know what the state is going to do. I mean, are they going to sell if they get into a little bit of trouble? And I don’t think it’s something that should be sold.” Said Trump.

Where in Ted’s bold legislation, the same he is presently pushing again, he believes states should have the option to sell and to the private sector, specifically.

Yet, Trump once again has proven to be the adult in the war room and warrior to protect America, “We have to be great stewards of this land. This is magnificent land. And we have to be great stewards of this land. And the hunters do such a great job—I mean, the hunters and the fishermen and all of the different people that use that land. So I’ve been hearing more and more about that. And it’s just like the erosion of the Second Amendment. I mean, every day you hear Hillary Clinton wants to essentially wipe out the Second Amendment. We have to protect the Second Amendment, and we have to protect our lands.” – See more at: http://www.acalltopaul.com/node/1031#sthash.zlMR1ol0.dpuf

It’s time to learn the back stories and see through the media propaganda and learn how the games to destroy America from within are being played out. It all starts with the establishment donors, their desires and which senator or congressmen they can get to write their legislation…and or attach the right amendment. Cruz is a master puppet and an expert at legislation deception.

What really needs done to correct all the deceit and bully actions by the BLM is to fire those in charge and restructure it to do what it was originally intended to do and that is to be a good steward for the land belonging to we the people. The BLM was never meant to be a gestapo with a tyrannical arm against the real owners of the land which are specifically and without question – we the people.   In order to end the BLM corruption and restore the land to its’ original intentions, we must first elect the man who will do what is right for America to serve as president. That man is Donald J. Trump. If not now, there will never be a time to do this over. It is truly now or never to elect the right leader.

DONALD JOHN TRUMP IS AMERICA’S BEST CHOICE TO MAKE HER GREAT AGAIN!

    1. Private citizens are not your everyday we the people who will be buying this land. Do you really want China or Russia to be closing state parks because they purchased the mining rights to parts of these areas? Do you really want hunting areas off limits because land rights are now sold to China or Saudi Arabia to do whatever digging and or fracking they desire to do? I am all for giving land back to states, but not to sell to foreign markets. Private sector includes the same type of problem the Bundy’s encountered in Nevada with the China deal for a Solar energy project that Reid’s son was negotiating. They needed the land Bundy’s had grazing rights for. The deal being proposed is not one with the best interest of the people in mind. A state that is broke would find Saudi or China money very tempting. BLM does need dismantled. It is part of the strong arm hold of the back door deals. Our national parks belong to us….not private corporate mining and oil interests.

Cruz also proposed legislation to increase H1-B visa’s by 5 fold and add more immigrants by the milions. American workers to get screwed again.

The main reason Cruz adds insane riders to bills is to keep them from passing. He probably added this rider because the promoted public ownership of land. If you have never read “Tragedy of the commons” I highly recommend it. You need to stop looking at legislation with a subjective lens. You must take into account the whole picture.

I don’t know how you could possibly think Trump beats Cruz on Land ownership. Trump has tried to claim private land under grounds of eminent domain may times in his career. Were Cruz attached a rider to a bill seeking to return land from the public sector to the private sector.
