Are you being bullied, harassed or mandated by an employer or a university to get a vaccine for Covid-CCP (Chinese Communist Party) Virus?

We will be presenting tips on how to deal with this situation. While we understand this is a controversial issue, we believe strongly that NO ONE should be forced, against their will, to be vaccinated. There should be no repercussions from refusing the vaccine for a virus that has a 99% cure rate.

Here are a few points. We especially wish to point out that the vaccine makers have been totally released from any liability if there is a negative side effect or death from the vaccine. BUT, note that if your employer or your university is forcing this on you, THEY have the potential of being held liable. It might be worth telling them about that!

Here are things to consider before you make an decision: 1) There are NO licensed COVID-19 vaccines in the U.S.
2) Emergency Use Authorized (EUA) only – don’t believe “approval” means “licensed.”
3) Your Option to Refuse is based on Federal law over EUAs. 
4) Your Right to Informed Consent based on Federal law over EUAs.
5) There are NO long term studies of side effects.
6) Side effects unknown because there are no PRIOR approved mRNA vaccines in the U.S.
7) Short term evidence of severe side effects and death.
8) If you have had Covid-CCP you have immunity.
9) All vaccine makers have been totally released from ALL liability for any side effects or death.
10) There is liability potential on employers who mandate the vaccine if there are side effects or death.

On Monday, May 24, 2021, Sidney Powell, Sidney Powell, P.C. and Defending the Republic, Inc. filed a joint Reply Memorandum in Support of their Motion to Dismiss Dominion’s Case against them in DC.  This filing reiterates to the Court that there is no jurisdiction over any of these defendants, that venue is improper, and that the case should be dismissed for failure to state a defamation or deceptive practices claim.  Dominion cannot prove the essential elements of its claims as a matter of law.  Actual malice is a legal impossibility here.As Sidney Powell said:

  3. That’s another reason to not get the shot. Approved for emergency use but not yet approved! Can’t even hold the makers liable when teens getting the shots may find themselves unable to get pregnant 2-3 years from now, and who knows what other long term affects may be in play.

    As far as pressure goes, when I went to see my PCP following my second but minor stroke, she tried to talk me into it. After many reasons she agreed with, she still insisted I should. My last words that concluded the debate (we weren’t auguring) was, “The Lord has instructed me not to.” My blood work came back good and the only pressure to be concerned with is my blood pressure. Guess I got a little slack on the salt watch. Really watching it now. LOLGB+

    It is very important that you do not refuse to accept the vaccine because you will be considered belligerent and that may hurt you in the long run. Instead, you can politely decline the vaccination by doing the following, you ask your doctor does the vaccine has MRC-5 in it because they all do if the vaccine contains MRC-5 you have the right to decline. Also, ask if there’s a possibility of iatrogenic reaction which is an adverse reaction caused by multiple compounds or drugs interacting with each other, they all do when the doctor says yes it does that’s your get out of the vaccine free card, thank your doctor for the offer and walk away. Remember doctors have sworn Hippocratic Oath which is to do no harm they must honor it this is how we can legally and respectfully decline their offered mandated services and there’s absolutely nothing they can do about it.

    How can you legally get out of wearing a mask for 10 hours at work if not vaccinated? Any legal recourse? Vaccinated victims can go without masks if they want to even if they are supposedly “safe” from this flu called Covid-19. If these masks don’t go away soon I may have to retire.

    You really need to check into “violation of the Nuremburg Code”….it outlaws any forced medical procedures! There is a video out now on Bitchute where several countries are bringing lawsuits against these practices.

    In his interview with Leake, he said “the tension is high” as colleges and universities announce students who want to return to campus in the fall must be vaccinated.

    “There are parents who say, ‘I want my kid to go to college this year, but I don’t want to lose ’em to the vaccine,'” McCullough said.

    McCullough has 600 peer-reviewed publications to his name.     Last Thursday night in an interview with Fox News host Laura Ingraham, McCullough warned that the randomized vaccine trials excluded people who had been infected with COVID.

    That means there is no safety data and no indication of the effectiveness of the vaccine for people who have been infected, he said.

    Further, there are two studies from the U.K. and one from New York City that show higher rates of adverse events for recovered COVID-19 patients who are vaccinated.

    “There’s no evidence of benefit and only evidence of harm,” he said.

    McCullough said in an interview earlier this month with the Fox Nation show “Tucker Carlson Today” that pregnant women and others excluded from the trials should not get a COVID-19 vaccine.

    “We never let anything pathogenic into a woman’s body who’s pregnant,” he said.

    All of the vaccines produce a viral spike protein that is pathogenic and can cause blood clotting and damage blood vessels, he explained.

    1 billion unwilling to get jab

    More than 1 billion people worldwide were unwilling to get the COVID-19 vaccine during the first year of the pandemic, according to a recent Gallup poll.

    Burma had the highest percentage of adults willing to get the vaccine at 96%. Kazakhstan had the lowest at 25%. People living in Eastern Europe and former Soviet states were the least inclined to get the vaccine.

    According to the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, more than 130 million Americans have been fully vaccinated against COVID-19, representing 39.2% of the total U.S. population.

    CDC Director Dr. Rochelle Walenksy has explained her agency’s effort to combat “vaccine hesitancy.”

    “We believe and know that the science moved quickly. We’ve enrolled 100,000 people in these trials and the science stood on the shoulders of years and years of work before to be able to deliver these vaccines,” Walensky told reporters in April during a virtual news conference.

    “If people are worried about the side effects, we can convey the data of over 200 million vaccine doses and the safety and the scrutiny of that safety,” she continued. “So we need to meet people where they are and understand why they might be hesitant and then give them the information that combats that hesitancy.”

    I’m a legal secretary working remotely at the moment for a law firm based in NYC. The office I work in is in Washington, DC. In light of the Covid shot announcement today re. Pfizer’s newly formulated and FDA-approved Covid Vax (the name starts with a “C”), does your advice still stand re EEOC and Informed Consent and the tricky language employers are using? Like everyone else with this problem, my firm now requires that the one or two-shot vax be taken 2 weeks prior to returning to office Oct. 3, 2021. Additionally, they want us (I don’t know if it’s required) to download a tracking app to submit information about our Covid and vax status, a copy of the vax certificate, etc. I am hoping to delay my response until the final day – Sept. 14. Additionally the DC office has reinstituted the mask mandate for public areas as set by Mayor Bowser. So – a note and a few questions: Pfizer’s newly approved “C” vax is not available yet. They’re being slick and trying to ride Pfizer’s current experimental Emergency shot on the coattails of their “C” Vax. Qs: Is Washington, DC, a foreign country and what rights does Mayor Bowser have to set mandates (mandates aren’t laws) for law firms/businesses in DC? While working in DC, where do I stand legally? I’m thinking foreign territory or country and Nuremberg, in terms of the Constitution we are under right now, Bill of Rights. I’d be interested in any ideas you may have about the above.
