Sidney Powell…Is She Calling Them Out With a Full Hand?

Listening to Sidney Powell and at the same time the gloating of the propaganda fake news press, I see some strategic card playing going on.

Let’s take a look at poker face Powell as she carefully guards all the cards in her hand. She throws out a wild card just to see what her opponent does with it. This wild card allows her to do what the opponent does. It allows her to say anything she wants because she’s not under oath and she’s seeing the rules are that making outlandish statements without facts and sources are allowed. Yet, she has what she needs in her hand to back up the wild card…for the wild card allowed her to play like the opponent. It didn’t mean she had to show her entire hand. Just play the wild card to get their attention.

Update: On her website, Powell says “the #FakeNews is lying to everyone about our filing in the Dominion case,” adding that “my position has not changed.” She complains that “the press is using twisted legalese and manipulating the legal standard to confuse the issue.”

If anyone is confusing the issue, it is Powell. Her website says her allegations of systematic election fraud were “legal opinions that she stands behind, as they were based on sworn affidavits, declarations, expert reports and documentary evidence.” But at the same time, she insists those “legal opinions” are not actionable because they were not “statements of fact.”

Powell can’t have it both ways. If Dominion did in fact fix the election, she is off the hook, because truth is an absolute defense against defamation claims. Since when does one sit down at a table full of cheaters and you can’t play the same rules they play by? The way I see this Dominion game is they are the ones that can’t have it both ways. They are either asserting that Powell recklessly claimed their machines caused the fraud or they are asserting that their machines are not capable of it. And in so doing it is beginning to appear as though Dominion may be liable for defaming the character of Attorney Sidney Powell. For they are accusing her of lying about their machines being capable of election fraud and having been successful with it.

So Sidney threw down a wild card just to see how her opponent will play it out. It is looking like the opponent has taken the bait and the propaganda push is on.

Remember, Sidney is still sitting with a full hand of cards she is itching to play! The opponent is sitting on a bluff. Sidney just called it out!

Wait and watch….tick tock. Like Patrick Byrne said,

“WE ARE COMING OFF THE CANVAS IN A BIG WAY!”

Who can analyze that statement? To me it sounds like Sidney’s about to light a fire!!!
