The world is reeling back and forth like a drunkard as genocide is being committed before our eyes and most refuse to see it. From the toxic chemicals placed in our foods grown from GMO seeds, to the polluted and scarce waters we are given and told are safe to drink. From deadly vaccines to the cloud seeded sky that create extreme, monstrous weather and space based weapons that move tectonic plates causing the earth to quake and death star beams that scorch the earth with precision accuracy, leaving behind an eerie trail where fire melts steel but touches not the leaves on the trees. They tell us it is a wild fire and most believe it. Entire communities are snuffed to the ground – flattened with little debris, as though it was done with a sophisticated precision laser beam. But, move along people there is nothing here to see except the aftermath of a wild fire. One that skips and hops around destroying randomly at its’ own will and we have nothing that will put it out.
I am not describing a third world country here, I am speaking of the United States of America. The nation with the constitution and bill of rights designed to govern itself of the people for the people by the people.
It appears as a Sci-Fi film, but it is real. So who do you go to when things go bad? Do we go to the World Global government body (United Nations) which was supposed to be designed to protect the world and the rights of humanity? The same global body that has instead paved the way for world genocide allowing their Sustainable Development Agenda for the 21st century to have arms, legs, a voice, weapons and a doctrine of tyranny?
How does one go to the same global body who devised the agenda that is destroying humanity and report the deadly vaccines, monster GMO foods, child trafficking, etc? They can not. Especially when they are grinding the ax further giving mandates that force nations to take in what they call immigrants seeking asylum which they know are terrorists and are fully aware this mandate is designed to create chaos and destroy nations from within.
President Trump knows all of these things and more. He has been standing up to the evil acts of globalist giants for every citizen of the United States of America. His bold actions have slowed down the progress of the world’s new order and encouraged citizens of other nations to take a stand against the tyrants who seek to destroy their homeland and lives.
The Shofar has sounded across the earth and the people who are chosen have been called. The window of time for those on the fence is almost up.
“And Joshua said unto all the people [of Israel], … choose you this day whom ye will serve; … but as for me and my house, we will serve the Lord” (Josh. 24:2, 15).

THE MARSHALL REPORT 
Dianne, nothing will change unless we know the truth of the founding of America. Then we will know that the foundations must be drastically repaired and or replaced with the truth as remedy to begin to make us whole again.
Let us start with first fraud and deceit perpetrated on We the People, the 1783 Treaty of Peace. The founders lead by their lead negotiator Ben Franklin for this Treaty/Contract that made the King of England the Arch-Treasurer and Prince Elector of the United States of America.
At this point the King controlled our money and banking as Arch-Treasurer.
As Prince Elector he controlled the body politic votes.
Also in the body of this treaty the King and his heirs in perpetuity would receive a share of all the gold, silver and copper found in America. Not bad for the so to speak loser of the war.
So what happened for the settlers and those that fought the war for their independance with the chant of “Don’t Tread on Me” to the British Empire.
*They were not recognized as a sovereign people.
*They lost control of their money, banking and commerce practices.
*They lost their justice system built on the foundations of God’s Law, Natural Law, common Law and the use of the Tried, True and Common Sense MAXIMS of Law for a fair and equitable decision of verdict and remedy. They got the Law of the Sea instead. british law now known as the BAR.
*No free and clear title to the land they stand on. Gone was the hope of alloidial Title for you and you family. Instead We the People get to pay rent in the from of taxes and fees. Don’t pay the Taxes or fees the government takes the land from you seeking another renter.
*No Republic from of government. That is why there is no description of a Republic and responsibilities to it in any document.
So what did the physical winners of the war recieve? I have found nothing. No documents for the spoils of war for We the People. So much for the Declaration of Independence having any real meaning.
Moving on to the U.S. Constitution. What did the founders do in the 1st Act of Congress to cover their ass to be free from it. They change the wording in the Preamble/Title for purposes of taking the oath of office. All were only allowed to repeat the phrased words “the Constitution OF the United States”. The organic Preamble clearly reads “the Constitution FOR the United States OF AMERICA”.
Words mean everything and changing of them and omitting of them can mean much more. all now swear to a document that does not exist In Law or At law with those phrased words repeated in their oath.
PS; George Washington was the first to enact the War Powers Act and never cancelled it. This allowed Lincoln and Roosevelt to do what they did to us as well. Read their War Powers Acts.
Do we now know what to do for remedy and other corrective actions that must be taken? How about petitioning President Trump for what was never done. To write and sign a declaration of our recognized sovereignty by the Government of the United States of America. From that point on We the People can begin to take charge and retrieve everything we thought we had.

There naturally is no copyright on anything I share because its the governments information. You just need to make the time to seek it. I have done that.
There are two important docs that may be of interest to you and your readers. The history of the war Powers Act and Social Security. Plus, another Treaty that claims America was not founded of Christian principals. Obama knew of this Treaty saying America is no longer a Christian country.
I maintain our first action should be to petition President Trump for a declaration of our sovereignity for those who chose to be recognized for it. Sovereignty means among other things to be off the government tit. Because our schools having farming us for 200 years that we can’t survive without government help, Some that are not equipped to take care of themselves would refuse sovereignty. However, with a truthful education in basic home economics this is something most would strive for. True independence and freedom with choice.
In our future decision making as sovereigns, we shall for the benefit of all people in delivering fair, equal verdicts and remedies apply the guidance from the MAXIMS OF LAW AND EQUITY. THEY ARE THE FOUNDATIONS OF ANY LEGITIMATE AND LAWFUL SOCIETY. Sampling as follows
