INSURRECTION ACT…APPEARS TO HAVE BEEN ISSUED JAN. 6, 2021

With all the positive excitement of attending a Trump Event to have their voices heard, in Washington, D.C. on January 6, 2021, Trump supporters filled the designated space to listen to their President. He was late getting started and went a little longer than expected and all of the people waiting for instructions on where to go next, of which the President told them all to follow the secret service to the Capitol Building, and he would meet them over there and tell them all the list of proof he had pertaining to voter fraud. That was the plan. So as the people followed behind the secret service they heard some “booms” and sirens, and noticed emergency vehicles headed toward the capitol.

Trump’s group was making their way to the capitol and within a very short length of time, there was a public announcement made by the President telling the people to go home and be safe. Many of the supporters did not hear the announcement for they were still marching to the Capitol and filming with their cell phones.

So chatter was he did and fact checkers said he didn’t call the insurrection act. However, “VERIFY” made a video announcing “What is the Insurrection Act?” It explains what must be done… and it made no further confirmation or denial.

NOW YOU KNOW WHY THEY SHOUTED TO INVOKE THE 25TH AMENDMENT!

In this video, Verify Sources explain what constitutes the resurrection act. Robert Peck, Center of Constitutional Litigation, Constitutional Attorney, explains what needs to be done before the insurrection act can be issued. He states that, “To issue the insurrection act, the president must first issue a public proclamation. You cannot issue an insurrection act secretly.

“The public proclamation is for those who are insurgents; telling them to cease and desist and to go back to their homes peaceably.”

Below is the public proclamation, issued by President Trump on January 6, 2021, telling the people who were involved in the act, and others to go back to their homes peaceably. He also proclaims the election was stolen, and a few other things.

He starts out with, “I know your pain, I know your hurt, we had an election that was STOLEN FROM US. A landslide election, and everyone knows it, especially the other side – BUT YOU HAVE TO GO HOME NOW. WE HAVE TO HAVE PEACE. WE HAVE TO HAVE LAW AND ORDER WE HAVE TO RESPECT OUR GREAT PEOPLE IN LAW AND ORDER, we don’t want anybody hurt. It’s a very tough period of time…..(listen to the entire proclamation).

Now as much as I hate to show CNN, they jazzed it up as an emergency announcement.

He tells people nothing like this has ever happened before….and CNN played it all.

The Associated Press shows that Trump urges Capitol protestors to “go home now”. Go home in peace!

So, there you have it. Take it like you want, but to me, it looks like he made a public proclamation – that hit all the news sites, interrupted programmed viewing and was indeed a PUBLIC PROCLAMATION. At the time we all said, and it was an EMERGENCY ANNOUNCEMENT. News sources called it a Special Emergency Broadcast; BREAKING NEWS; EMERGENCY ANNOUNCEMENT. It’s all on record.

So??? Directly after that proclamation, national guard descended upon D.C. And not until after he made his PUBLIC PROCLAMATION. Prior to the speech, D.C. Police were in charge. It appears, President Trump acted swiftly. Just because we the people don’t know the process, doesn’t mean it’s not taking place. Thus the saying, those who know, know.

This is why they WANTED TO INVOKE THE 25TH AMENDMENT (that was the only way to stop the insurrection act) then, they pushed to impeach. This is why Graham says if the Dems do this they will be opening Pandora’s box and won’t be able to put the lid back on.

      I just watched todays interview with General Mike Flynn and Doug Billings. General Flynn said that President Trump has not signed the insurrection act and the military is not in control. I’m not happy about that.

    1. I believe he did. Why else would Pelosi immediately shout to file the 25th amendment? If their guy won, he would have been in control of the military and there would be no need to call a 25th amendment to end what? 25th amendment is the only way to nullify the insurrection act. But had they tried that, knowing the military was in charge, they would have to expose all their secrets publicly….and the RINOS certainly didn’t want to do that. So Pelosi went for impeachment. But, now it appears the Chinese armies that were at borders….allegedly at borders, may have truly been the real inssurection? It’s all a mystery but unfolding. Facts are: Biden never got a military plane to take him to his inauguration – the first time since air transportation was available in history. Biden has no Commander in Chief authority…as he has never addressed that yet, not at all and headlines are wavering over Russia and China and other foreign issues. He is a powerless figure at best. Writing orders that states are not following. READ THE WORLD HEADLINES….Biden is saying one thing, and the military is doing another. Watch all things. World War is brewing and Biden is talking smack about frivolous eo’s. He has no military power.

      I guess I don’t quite understand why we just keep talking about something that we just don’t know..!!!….What are the plans of President Trump. He isn’t going to let anyone know..But to have faith means to trust and believe God has a plan no matter what..Let’s just keep the faith and believe that no matter what it “God has it”…We have to play our part…whatever it is that we can do..But I can’t keep talking about something that I have no information that says it is happening..

      1. We keep talking to find out because they AREN’T TELLING US. We learn as we see things that don’t make sense and then we see why. You don’t have to participate, but it is no different then our Lord told us to do and that is watch in order to see the signs and this is all Biblical to me. It doesn’t have to be to anyone else, and I keep searching for we learn from each other, a piece here and a piece there. That is why. Smile. We have all learned that our past was kept secret because no one was paying attention. So now the call is to pay attention.

    I just seen a video from Lance Wallnau. He went to visit Trump to get some clarification because he said everyone is speculating and trying to decode as Trump still being the president. Trump told him he is not the president and that he is not interested in starting a 3rd Party. Lance said the prophets got it wrong. He said Trump will emerge soon behind the scenes focusing his attention on the Republicans who did nothing to help us.

    1. I saw that too. I don’t think he has it correct. Trump is presently not acting president as the military has taken over. In an insurrection the military handles things as they see fit. We have no president at this time. We will either have another election, or Trump had said we would see him in another form. Maybe a new title? Lance saying the prophets got it wrong, not so. Right now the world sees two presidents. Prophecy was Clements and he said, “They will say two presidents? How can this be?” That is happening right now and has been. That Prophecy has been fulfilled for that is exactly what the world has been saying. He never talked to Trump…he talked to Trump’s people.

As Flynn said, Trump isn’t running for President, (well technically he doesn’t have to, for he already won) and Flynn said bla, bla, bla, then at the end Billings said- I bet this guy a bottle of wine if Trump wasn’t the President, I guess I better give it to him. Flynn answered quickly, “I’d Hold on to that bottle of wine. Don’t give it to him yet.” The look on Billings face was priceless. They said a few more words and Flynn said maybe I’ll break that bottle open with ya.

    1. It’s a lot of ifs and buts, candies and nuts and keep drinking more ovaltine to pacify people. When you are pacified you are less likely to take action. However, you can do one thing: If you do business with Bank of America, you can choose to stop doing business with them. They just gave the financials of all the wireless money transactions of people who went to DC prior to the 6th, on the 6th and at the Inauguration. That’s the action you can take. Start taking effective action for constructive change.

    1. There are also some articles written asking why Biden hasn’t made any “Commander in Chief” addresses, or moves. They point out that he has not made any contact with military and they want to know why he hasn’t with all the things taking place. To me, that is a big eye opener.

        The military stopped giving him briefings as the President-Elect for the same reason the Democrats hid him in the basement for months: cognitive issues. A few days ago he blurted as he was signing an Executive Order: ‘I don’t know what I am signing.’ He was told to sign it anyway. And he did. Can you imagine such a person having access to US nuclear codes?
        I watched the documentary yesterday, and it is far worse than anything I expected. I heard on the 4th November, 2020 that journalists were asking what Donald Trump was doing at the Eisenhower Building on the night of the 3rd. I learnt later that he and military personnel were watching the election fraud in real time. This is what is at the end of the documentary. I would like to add just one more thing: I have a video of the raid of the Special Forces on the CIA base in Germany. It was very violent, but they seized the Server. Not to mention Nancy Pelosi’s and others’ laptops seized at the Capitol. Not to mention other things being done by the military apart from the ones you have mentioned. Why would the military do all these things? I cannot be for fun.

What I don’t understand is when the legislature has the authority then prevented, why doesnt FBI/DOJ come with legislators and whomever is doing the process and just do what needs to be done.     Please tell me something is going on behind the scenes that will end in a positive, truthful and fair result, that should have occurred back in November!! I hear and read things that get my hopes up, then have to listen to all the things Biden and his election crooks are pulling including exiling Greene. I’m ashamed at all of it, the Republican turncoats, I even heard Biden was tied and shot for treason. I’m disgusted with it all.

      1. I was also looking at congress footage at PBS before the inauguration and after. There are hardly any attendance. Remember on the 23rd congress shut down for the rest of the week and all next week at a time when there was so much to do. When Rep. Greene was booted off her committees she said in her speech she had never met A.O.C. yet. Now where has she been? Not in congress. Who made the videos of her being scared? Actor or her? She wasn’t there that day. These are just little anomalies.

    According to the Constitutional Attorney in the Verify video above, all that is required is a public announcement, telling those causing the issues to “go home”; to give them a chance to do the right thing. Then, the military can be sent in. He didn’t say, and I don’t know, if ANOTHER public proclamation must be made before the military goes in, but I suggest that if it was required, he would have told us the same.

    Is this why the Democrats don’t seem to know what to do with the National Guard in Washington? Because it was not THEY who “want” them there? But the press is saying they were brought in to “protect” Biden’s inauguration?

    Is that why the lame attempts at handing out cookies looks so bad? Because they really don’t know what to do?

    If the Insurrection Act is subject to “checks and balances”, including the use of the 25th Amendment, challenge in the Supreme Court, or through legislation, then the only choice was for them to use the 25th Amd.

    Any other choice: challenge in the courts, or through legislation would have required them to admit that it had been instituted.

    Using the 25th Amendment was their only choice to NOT have to admit in public that it was in place.

    I don’t watch the “news” anymore, because, well…it isn’t.

    But ask:

    Has Joe Biden left Washington, D.C. yet? maybe he has an I haven’t seen it, I don’t know…
    How many days in a row did PDJT leave D.C. on a chopper, and give a press conference on the way out?
    Has Kamala Harris left Washington, D.C. yet?
    I know she’s done radio interviews, but did she actually GO to Arizona or West Virginia for those interviews, or were they on the phone?
    Where is John Brennan?
    Where is Clapper?
    Where is Comey?
    When was the last time we SAW Hillary or Bill in public?

    When was the last time we actually saw these people outside, anywhere?

    We see them on a television screen, or read their tweets. But why don’t we SEE them anywhere, in-person?

    Again, I stopped watching the news, so maybe there is all kinds of verifiable footage from the past couple of weeks that easily refutes what I’m saying, I don’t know…

    And by verifiable, I mean having a date on a newspaper in the same screen shot, not a graphic that can be added

      I think there is a very good reason we don’t see the people you mentioned, they have been arrested and are in GITMO and maybe treason sentence has been done. Then again what we see is it real? My info says CGI (computer generated images) can’t be proved real or fake they are that good. So, what are we really seeing? I don’t know …

A military man would not show his hand. He could give information and withhold pertinent information while remaining honest. It is curious that Flynn’s brother was appointed to run the Pacific.     Mel Krell from the Mel K Show stated that her sources tell her that the military is waiting for at least 70% of people to wake up before they announce they are in charge. I tend to believe that. It is about keeping our citizens safe. Why else would we know about Myanmar (same exact machines, same players, similar Constitution, etc)? Why all of a sudden are videos being released on YouTube that were not accessible before about George Bush Sr. being charged of crimes 8 yrs ago? Why would YouTube be allowing trafficking documentaries to air all of a sudden? Why are we finding out about Wall Street? If the phony inauguration did not wake a lot up – then there is a lot of work to do. Tell people to watch ABC news for the “live” inauguration. Tell them to fast forward to Joe Biden swearing in – pay very close attention to the people around him. They are there, then not, then there, then not. There is also the fact that DC was cloudy that day too. What is up with the blue skies during the “live” event? There are just so many things wrong with that whole event. It is all about the details – their clothing, the weather, their positions while speaking, etc.

What does that tell you? But, they are glued to finding typos and errors in all truth – shouting “you deceive” and “You should be ashamed for offering false hope”.         I don’t believe everything pondered is true, but it’s tough to make sense of what’s happened with the election theft, and Trump’s bungled legal response to it. He’s never rolled over before. The Antifa capitol Reichstag was easy to see coming, and while Trump made the public proclamation needed for Insurrection Act, he had many tools at his disposal before, during and after the election that we all knew the left planned to just “take.” I don’t believe we’ve witnessed a “typical” presidential transition to Xiden. Things could be happening behind the scenes, China plays dirty and may well have threatened US territory and inhabitants unless Trump et al complied. Those Club K missiles are scary and probably everywhere. The “USA corporation” stuff is a reach to me. We’ll have to continue to watch and roll up our sleeves if things really are as they seem.

Much of my frustration is because many of the sleepers are in my inner circle (people I love & care about). But recently, I saw a sign on Telegram that helps me to cope. It was a picture of a lion & it said something like this. “Your job isn’t to wake up all the sheep. Your job is to wake up all of the other lions.”. Also, I keep reminding myself that ” The Battle Belongs to the Lord.”. Together, with God’s help, we will get through this.   38. Is it possible that President Trump signed the Insurrection Act (which he had to do before leaving office) but it has not been completely implemented yet? The so-called “break-in” at the Capitol was pre-planned by the adversaries, but some good guys infiltrated antifa and grabbed the laptops. They knew those plans in advance.

    Perhaps the Insurrection Act part 2 will be implemented because of the new information released by Lindell of the proof that huge, nefarious foreign influence was done to steal the election?

    Could it be that biden & others are now “cooperating” with this sham “presidency” in order to avoid the death penalty for treason?

    Much more corruption (JFK murder truth, 9/11, all the false flags etc.) and horrors ( example: pedos) needs to be revealed to the public, too.

    I appreciated what Lindell said at the end of the video – that this evidence will bring Americans together. I pray for that and hope so. However, I have been hated and shunned by some relatives who hate DJT. We know the leftists will hate no matter what corruption is revealed.

    I just pray that we all come out on the other side of this without too much hate, fighting, or death.

    Ultimately this HAD to be done in order to save America 🇺🇸 and the world 🌎 too – for now.

    When listening to the Michael Flynn interview I recall Doug Billings stating in the beginning that it was important to listen to the ENTIRE interview. I was crushed when I heard MF state there was NO PLAN. What I thought was odd was when Billings called Biden “the administrator”. Then towards the 45 minute mark Billings states he had a bet with his friend Stan that Trump would win the election…a bottle of wine was the bet and now he would have to give up the bottle of wine because we have a President Biden…..he asked MF in his own words to say it. MF chuckled for awhile and then said “I would not CONCEDE that bottle of wine”……Odd answer……who says that?

For a lot of us who research and listen to videos and try to learn we do not have to see to believe…we know because we research and pay attention . But many do not pay attention.
        For as much research as I do I had NO idea how much havoc these local mayors , governors, DA’s etc..can do to a state. That is why Soros was putting so much money into the local elections to weaponize these elected officials against the people of their state….Unbelievable

    There are several ways to invoke the insurrection act. Verbally Tell people to disperse to their homes and also to publish it. He did both of those things. Saying “I’m invoking the insurrection at” is not required. No need to sign it. That is one way, but just one. Look it up. Don’t take my word for it. Not hard to find.
