Does anyone really care that the White House is ashamed of the Senators for standing by the second amendment? What the White House is pushing is down right treasonous!
Today, Josh Earnest the White House spokesman went on TV and boldly stated,
“What we saw last night on the floor of the United States Senate was a shameful display of cowardice.”
He also said the bills that shamefully did not get passed should have drawn strong bipartisan support aimed at shoring up the country’s defenses by keeping firearms away from people on terrorism watch lists.
What he failed to tell the public in his shameful report was that Christians, Patriots and Veterans are on that dang terrorist watch list!

You almost can’t believe a word they put out these days, you really have to wonder how they have gotten by so long with their routine of lies, half truths, and twisting.

I am very concerned about this situation. “[T]he right of the people to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed” — U.S. Constitution (Second Amendment). Under what conditions, if any, would deprivation of this right be acceptable? By the way, the justification of the Second Amendment seems to be “the security of a FREE State” [Emphasis Added] (U.S. Constitution (Second Amendment)). Moreover, even if there would be conditions acceptable of deprivation “to keep and bear Arms”, I refuse to believe that such deprivation would be justified without reasonable due process. In particular, the federal government should be required, in a reasonable time, to justify any accusation of unfitness (whether it be based on alleged intent to terrorize or on alleged mental deficiency) in the judicial branch (in which the accused is provided with reasonable legal representation). Does this sound good? Sorry but this is still fatally flawed because according to this the federal government could apparently arbitrarily deprive ALL OF US of our right to “to keep and bear Arms” at least for a limited period of time and that would unacceptably compromise “the security of a FREE State”; indeed, wasn’t the NSA in gross violation of the Bill of Rights by spying on EVERY American citizen for many years? Thus, in this situation any deprivation of ANY OF WE THE PEOPLE of our right to “to keep and bear Arms” WOULD ONLY BE LEGITIMATE IF BY A STATE – NOT THE FEDERAL GOVERNMENT. Furthermore, any complaints about gun violence would be total bull s**t if the complainants do not genuinely support restricting the flow of immigration – in particular from high risk areas (i.e. such as from RADICAL ISLAMIC AREAS). Also, although I am an intense Trump supporter, I am concerned about even his position on this matter (i.e. banning individuals on a list(s)). THIS IS DESPERATE SITUATION; MAY G-D PLEASE SAVE OUR COUNTRY and BLESS AND PROTECT DONALD TRUMP.

the sacred oath ‘our’ public officials took to assume office:
I do solemnly swear that I will support & defend the Constitution of the United States against all enemies, foreign & domestic; that I will bear true faith & allegiance to the same; that I take this obligation freely, without any mental reservation or purpose of evasion; & that I will well & faithfully discharge the duties of the office on which I am about to enter: So help me God.

“Violating Oath of Office is a Federal Crime
Federal law regulating oath of office by government officials is divided into four parts along with an executive order which further defines the law for purposes of enforcement.
5 U.S.C. 3331, provides the text of the actual oath of office members of Congress are required to take before assuming office.
5 U.S.C. 3333 requires members of Congress sign an affidavit that they have taken the oath of office required by 5 U.S.C. 3331 & have not or will not violate that oath of office during their tenure of office as defined by the third part of the law, 5 U.S.C. 7311 which explicitly makes it a federal criminal offense (& a violation of oath of office) for anyone employed in the United States Government (including members of Congress) to “advocate the overthrow of our constitutional form of government”.
The fourth federal law, 18 U.S.C. 1918 provides penalties for violation of oath office described in 5 U.S.C. 7311 which include: (1) removal from office and; (2) confinement or a fine.”
