America’s Usurper, Obama has been supporting his Muslim brothers and violating The Immigration and Nationality Act of 1952. On the USCIS web site. In Section 212 Chapter 2, it Prohibits entry into America Aliens belonging to an organization seeking the unlawful overthrow of the federal government of the United States by force, violence and other unconstitutional means.

Islamic immigration would be illegal under this law. Why? The Koran, Sharia Law and the Hadith all require complete submission to Islam. To which are against our values and violate the Constitution as it requires them to kill the infidel, which happens to be citizens of he United States.

The Islamic faith also requires total submission to Islam and its form of government. The law states that Aliens affiliated with any “organization” that advocates the overthrow of our government are prohibited”.

So Obama and all who advocate Syrian Islamist refugees into the nation are violating the law, as well as allowing any Muslims into America that practice Sharia law.

Those that advocate that Islam is just a peaceful religion and have rights that fall under the 1st Amendment are not understanding the immigration laws on the books, nor are they understanding what Sharia law really is. It is a government body that goes against the constitution and our Republic and the laws of the United States of America.

Those that would rather turn a blind eye on the facts need to come to a real discussion and not false rhetoric to push an agenda. Let the real debate begin!

This explanation needs to be forwarded to all TV stations who are tearing down Mr. Trump’s reputation because they are all afraid of him and because of what he said yesterday regarding closing our borders to all Muslims! Thank you, Diane Marshall for writing this! Mr. Trump loves this country and only wants to save it and bring it back to what it used to be. The other candidates are taking advantage of this and criticizing him to gain more backing and votes. I believe the majority of legal Americans stand behind Mr. Trump because we know he tells the truth. He is an extremely intelligent man and he is the only one who can save this country.

  16. Interestingly none of the wealthy Muslim nations where Sharia is practiced are interested in absorbing these people. The ulterior motive could be spread of Islam by hook or by crook. Hence it is prudent to be pragmatic. No point in first creating the issue and then curing it. Prevention better than cure.

      1. Zoofus actually there are numerous impeachable offenses that Obama has done throughout his presidency. It doesn’t take very long doing some simple research to bring up those long lists. Why has he not been impeached yet? Well first he had a democratic controlled Congress for his first two years so of course there isn’t going to be any impeachment there. And then when republicans took back control of the House in 2010 Democrats still ruled the Senate so even if the republican controlled house would have brought up impeachment charges after 2010 the Democrat controlled Senate would never rule on impeaching their Democrat Obama. Furthermore no doubt the republicans would been labeled as ‘racists’ (as the left always screams even though they are not) for impeaching the so called first black president and we know the liberal Obama loving media would paint that false narrative.

I have one question; Why have countries neighboring Syria such as Saudi Arabia and Yemen not taken one single refugee? Don’t you think it’s strange?

  48. My daughter gave me this example and I’d like to share it with you.

    Suppose you were given a bowl of M&Ms and told that only a few had been poisoned but we couldn’t tell which ones. Would you push the bowl away until you could figure out which ones were poisoned…or would you be polite (politically correct) and take the bowl to eat and share with your family?

    Mr. Trump has not suggested to hate anyone or discriminate against anyone. He has only said that we have to act appropriately to keep America as safe as we can UNTIL we can figure out what is going on and how to approach it. It’s the same as not having an M&M until you can figure out which ones are poisoned.

    When we live in a country that allows a man whose citizenship was contestable, who allowed illegal aliens to vote to get elected, who has ignored laws and the Constitution…and he is still not impeached…something is very wrong. We need someone who is truthful and does not have a political agenda other than to make this country great again and restore the faith and morals that we once had! Thank you!
