America’s Usurper, Obama has been supporting his Muslim brothers and violating The Immigration and Nationality Act of 1952. On the USCIS web site. In Section 212 Chapter 2, it Prohibits entry into America Aliens belonging to an organization seeking the unlawful overthrow of the federal government of the United States by force, violence and other unconstitutional means.

Islamic immigration would be illegal under this law. Why? The Koran, Sharia Law and the Hadith all require complete submission to Islam. To which are against our values and violate the Constitution as it requires them to kill the infidel, which happens to be citizens of he United States.

The Islamic faith also requires total submission to Islam and its form of government. The law states that Aliens affiliated with any “organization” that advocates the overthrow of our government are prohibited”.

So Obama and all who advocate Syrian Islamist refugees into the nation are violating the law, as well as allowing any Muslims into America that practice Sharia law.

Those that advocate that Islam is just a peaceful religion and have rights that fall under the 1st Amendment are not understanding the immigration laws on the books, nor are they understanding what Sharia law really is. It is a government body that goes against the constitution and our Republic and the laws of the United States of America.

Those that would rather turn a blind eye on the facts need to come to a real discussion and not false rhetoric to push an agenda. Let the real debate begin!

    President Truman attempted to Veto the Law but failed. Truman’s veto was overridden by a vote of 278 to 113 in the House and 57 to 26 in the Senate.

Today, as never before, untold millions are storming our gates for admission and those gates are cracking under the strain. The solution of the problems of Europe and Asia will not come through a transplanting of those problems en masse to the United States. … I do not intend to become prophetic, but if the enemies of this legislation succeed in riddling it to pieces, or in amending it beyond recognition, they will have contributed more to promote this nation’s downfall than any other group since we achieved our independence as a nation.”

    To get rid of Obama the sergeant at arms needs to arrest him. Our Military needs to enter into mutiny against the potus and arrest him and block the congress from entering. We need all people to call there state legislators and tell them to use Article V Convention of States using the Constitution to save the Constitution and get back to Constitutional principles upon its founding. Term limits for all 3 branches of federal government, checks and balance. Balance budgets etc. Just voting is not enough. Long term rhino/dimo need to go. All Americans age 18-45 will have to be vigilant and focused for the next 10 to 20 years to undo the damage that has been done to this Country. We need a leader that has the courage to undo that damage. I like Cruz,Paul for there Constitutional expertise. In it, he listed 8 things that Obama has used to radicalize America. (1) control health care and you control the people, (2) Increase the poverty level as high as possible; poor people are easier to control and will not fight back if you are providing everything for them to live., (3) Increase the debt to an unsustainable level. That way you are able to increase taxes and this will produce more poverty., (4) Remove the ability to defend themselves from the government by collecting their guns. That way you are able to create a police state., (5) Take control of every aspect of their lives (food, housing and income), (6) take control of what people read and listen to-take control of what children learn in schools., (7) remove the belief in God from all public buildings and schools, (8) divide the people into the wealthy and the poor. This will cause more discontent and it will be easier to take (tax) the wealthy with the support of the poor.

    A quick fact check shows this article to be unfounded. True, the article accurately reflects the text of the Immigration and Naturalization Act from 1952. And, yes, the Act is still on the books. You can find it codified at 8 U.S.C. sec. 1101 – 1537. However, the Act has been changed many times since 1952. The quoted language that supposedly vindicates Trump was removed from the law years ago. The current version of the Immigration and Naturalization Act does NOT prohibit entry to “Aliens belonging to an organization seeking the unlawful overthrow of the federal government of the United States by force, violence and other unconstitutional means.” Now, there IS similar language in the current law, found at 8 U.S.C. sec. 1424, which would prohibit a person belonging to such an organization from becoming a naturalized citizen of the United States. However, gaining citizenship is much different from gaining entry into the U.S. as an immigrant. Whatever your beliefs, it’s a good idea to fact check before lending your support to an internet article or meme.

    Isn’t it true that in 2013, the largest bank of England, HSBC, was being investigated by federal authorities for laundering billions of dollars for the Mexican drug cartels, channeling money to the Middle East, specifically Iran, which is in violation of law?

    Isn’t it true that Robert Mueller, former director of the FBI and now the special counsel to investigate the alleged “collusion” between the Trump campaign and Russia… isn’t it true that Mr. Mueller was the chief counsel at HSBC… the same bank that was laundering money for the cartels?

    Isn’t it true that HSBC was a significant Clinton Foundation contributor? That Bill Clinton was being paid about $200,000 for his speeches at HSBC events… and this is while Mrs. Clinton was the Secretary of State? No conflict of interest there?

    Isn’t it true that HSBC was basically let off the hook with a $1.2 billion fine – which was paid by shareholders – and none of its officers, managers, directors were charged criminally or let go? Isn’t it true that while all hell was breaking loose at HSBC, YOU, Mr. Comey, were appointed as a director and member of the board at HSBC to assist with damage control?

    Isn’t it true, Mr. Comey, that your salary went from $206,000 in 2002 when you were a government employee, to $33.5 million in 2012…. And that you earned these moneys while working for entities that were major contributors to the Clintons?

    Isn’t it true that you worked for Bridgewater Associates between 2010 and 2013, and that they are also a major contributor to the Clintons?

    Isn’t it true that you worked for Columbia University in 2013 as a senior research scholar at the school of law, and that Columbia University is also a major contributor to the Clintons?

    Isn’t it true that you gave this memo that you wrote on Bureau time on a classified computer in a Bureau car… and you gave this memo to Daniel Richman, your friend, a liberal professor (at Columbia), and he gave this memo to the New York Times?

    Mr. Comey, you were appointed FBI Director by former President Obama in 2013, as Secretary Clinton was leaving the State Department. Isn’t it true that you were appointed by Obama as FBI Director because you had proven yourself to be of service to the Clintons and their associates and entities that contribute millions of dollars to the Clintons’ non-profit organizations?

    Isn’t it true that you, as Director of the FBI in 2013 did absolutely nothing in regards to the missing $2 billion from the State Department finances, and this happened while Mrs. Clinton was Secretary of State?

    Isn’t it true, that while you were Director of the FBI, for over two years, nothing happened as a result of the FBI “investigations” into the Clinton non-profit organizations?

    If it had not been for the emails that were leaked involving Mrs. Clinton and her associates, all this would be unknown to everyone. But these emails were leaked… and fortunately, the truth is coming out.

    Isn’t it true that Mrs. Clinton and other subjects of the investigation were never advised of their Miranda rights, which is used by FBI agents during interviews… this form was never executed.
